We feature complete party planning services, from the decor and setup, to the succulent food, we have the experience to ensure quality catering at a reasonable price.
Whether you require a personal or a corporate party, buffet or plated, dinner, lunch, or breakfast, our family owned and operated business can effectively handle every detail for groups of 10 or more people to enormous parties. We are available 7 days a week and also feature last minute services, for those very special moments.

Based on 50 Guests:
Chef, Assistant, Bartender, Two Waiters $1125.00
Based on 75 Guests:
Chef, Assistant Chef, Bartender, Three Waiters $1275.00
Executive Chef $225.00 (per hour)
Assistant Chef $160.00 (per hour)
Waiters/Bartenders $75.00 (perhour)

Ordering Guidelines
To ensure availability and delivery times, we encourage you to place orders by 2 p.m. for the following day. Of course, we will do our best to accommodate last minute orders.
Deposits and Payments
A deposit is not necessary on standard catering orders. Special event orders must be secured with a valid credit card.
We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express (add 3%), corporate checks and cash. We cannot accept personal checks.
Corporate Accounts
Set up a Corporate Account with A Fine Affair.Today. We make it easy and convenient to manage your food budget and payments.
To request an application, please call (212) 233-8852. Corporate Account applications may be processed in approximately three days.
Delivery and Service Gratuity FeesDelivery is free within Manhattan; however we charge a 10% service gratuity fee on all drop-off orders.
Cancellation Fees
If you must cancel your order, please provide at least 24 hours notice. A Fine Affair Catering will try in every way to cooperate with any changes and cancellation, however, because our product is perishable, cancellations within 24 hours of delivery may incur a full charge. All cancellation fees are subject to managers' approval.
Catering Retrievables
A Fine Affair catering will schedule a time for our delivery team to retrieve our equipment. Your account or card may be charged for any items that are lost or stolen. We appreciate your cooperation.
